WHAT IS YOUR FOOD PHILOSOPHY?

Passion Fit Food's philosophy revolves around providing access to healthy eating for all. The company strongly advocates the consumption of fresh, whole foods that are abundant in energy and nourishment, as they are ideal for promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

HOW DOES PASSION FIT FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?

Passion Fit Food delivers your meals on the first available day within a set of three days, which are Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. If you place your order before 8 PM the day before the scheduled delivery day, your meals will be delivered on the first day from the available options. However, if the order is placed after 8 PM, it may be delivered on the next available delivery day. Please note that the exact delivery day will not be provided in the confirmation email, and you must check with us to find out when your order will be delivered.

 

HOW DO I SELECT MY MEALS?

When placing an order, please indicate your required meal plan then choose the flavors you wish to receive. 

WHEN ARE THE MEALS PREPARED? 

Meals for Monday's deliveries are prepared from Sunday midnight till the morning and as soon as ready, they are dispatched for you to receive them fresh. Likewise, meals for Wednesday and Friday's deliveries are cooked starting from midnight till morning on Tuesday and Thursday respectively and delivered freshly made. 

CAN I SPLIT MY DELIVERY INTO DIFFERENT DELIVERY DAYS?

We currently offer the option to receive meals on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Our meals are made from scratch, and we produce them according to your meal plan. We will therefore deliver your entire order together. You’re more than welcome to enjoy them whenever you like within the day range.  

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC DAY FOR MY MEAL DELIVERY?

We do not offer the option to choose a specific delivery day. Your meals will be delivered on the first available day within the set of Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. 

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE CUSTOMER RECEIVING MY MEALS? 

You or someone at the address for delivery is expected to be present to receive the meals and place them in the refrigerator as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for not being able to deliver if we cannot reach you or find you at home. As consumers, you must immediately stock and keep your meals in the refrigerator which is not more than 2C degrees. 

 

CAN I FREEZE MY MEALS? 

Your meals are prepared fresh and delivered to you on the same day, therefore, there’s nothing holding you back from being able to freeze your meals as you wish. We will never send you frozen meals. Your chilled meals are ready to reheat or simply to be kept in the fridge or to freeze. T

 

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER IF I WANT TO RECEIVE IT ON ONE OF THE DELIVERY DAYS MENTIONED? 

To ensure you receive your meals on the next immediate delivery day, please place your order before 8 pm the day before each delivery day: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. However, we might make an exception for orders placed until 9 pm and maybe even later. If you are not sure when you receive you can email us. 

 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY MEALS WILL BE DELIVERED?

We do not provide specific delivery day information in the confirmation email. To find out when your order will be delivered, please contact our customer support team. 

WHAT IF I'M UNAVAILABLE TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY ON THE SCHEDULED DAY?

If you are unable to receive your delivery on the first available day, please make arrangements for someone else to collect it on your behalf. We are unable to reschedule deliveries or split them into separate days.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY SCHEDULE AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Once an order is placed, the delivery schedule is fixed. We are unable to change the delivery day or split the delivery into separate days. We recommend planning your orders accordingly to receive meals on your preferred days.
