WHAT IS YOUR FOOD PHILOSOPHY?

Passion Fit Food's philosophy revolves around providing access to healthy eating for all. The company strongly advocates the consumption of fresh, whole foods that are abundant in energy and nourishment, as they are ideal for promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

HOW DOES PASSION FIT FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?

Your early placed orders the day before 12 pm or if early enough possibly on the same day will be delivered either on the same evening depending on your postcodes or the following delivery day in the morning. Evening deliveries are Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. And early morning deliveries will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
These Delivery days will be determined depending on our cooking schedule either in the early morning daytime for evening Delivery or overnight cooking time for the early morning delivery day in the first available delivery time.

HOW DO I SELECT MY MEALS?

When placing an order, please indicate your required meal plan then choose the flavors you wish to receive.

WHEN ARE THE MEALS PREPARED?

All your meals are prepared fresh overnight or early morning depending on the order times mentioned above.

CAN I SPLIT MY DELIVERY INTO DIFFERENT DELIVERY DAYS?

Our meals are made from scratch, and we produce them according to your meal plan. We have an option to add an extra delivery day of your choice for a fee.

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC DAY FOR MY MEAL DELIVERY?

We do not offer the option to choose a specific delivery day. Your meals will be delivered on the first available day depending on your order time.

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE CUSTOMER RECEIVING MY MEALS?

You or someone at the address for delivery is expected to be present to receive the meals and place them in the refrigerator as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for not being able to deliver if we cannot reach you or find you at home. As consumers, you must immediately stock and keep your meals in the refrigerator which is not more than 2C degrees.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY MEALS?

5 days including the day of delivery and Please ensure to place your meals in the fridge as soon as you receive them and or freeze so you may eat them in the future.

HOW SHOULD I REGULATE THE STORAGE OF MY MEALS?

Storage should be regulated at:
•⁠ ⁠Store below +3 Celsius maximum once received.
•⁠ ⁠⁠ Freezing is also optional (between -15C & -22C

CAN I FREEZE MY MEALS?

Your meals are prepared fresh and delivered to you on the same day, therefore, there’s nothing holding you back from being able to freeze your meals as you wish. We will never send you frozen meals. Your chilled meals are ready to reheat or simply to be kept in the fridge or to freeze.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER IF I WANT TO RECEIVE IT ON ONE OF THE DELIVERY DAYS MENTIONED?

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY MEALS WILL BE DELIVERED?

We do not provide specific delivery day information in the confirmation email. To find out when your order will be delivered, please contact our customer support team. Our support team will also reach out to you when your delivery day is set and our drivers will attempt to get in touch with you when your delivery is close.

WHAT IF I'M UNAVAILABLE TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY ON THE SCHEDULED DAY?

If you are unable to receive your delivery on the first available day, please make arrangements for someone else to collect it on your behalf. We are unable to reschedule deliveries or split them into separate days.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY SCHEDULE AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Once an order is placed, the delivery schedule is fixed. We are unable to change the delivery day or split the delivery into separate days. We recommend planning your orders accordingly to receive meals on your preferred days.
