PassionFit Food Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions (GoAffPro)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the PassionFit Food Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated through GoAffPro by PassionFitFood Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”). By enrolling as an affiliate (“Affiliate”, “you”), you agree to comply with all of the following Terms.

1. Eligibility
1.1. Participation is open to individuals or businesses approved by PassionFitFood Ltd.
1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Code & Tracking
2.1. Affiliates will receive a unique referral code and/or link to share with their audience.
2.2. Customers (“Clients”) who use the affiliate code during checkout will be attributed to the referring Affiliate.
2.3. Attribution validity:
• A referred Client is connected to the Affiliate for five (5) completed purchases only.
• After the Client completes five purchases, the association automatically ends.
• To reconnect after these five purchases, the Client must use the affiliate code again.
• If the Client does not use the code after the fifth purchase, or if the system resets attribution, the Affiliate will not earn further commission unless reconnection occurs.

3. Commission Structure
3.1. The default commission rate is 5% of the value of eligible orders, unless otherwise stated by PassionFitFood Ltd.
3.2. Affiliates may offer discounts to Clients through their code, as configured within the Program.
3.3. Commission Calculation:
• Commissions are calculated based on net qualifying sales.
• Net qualifying sales are determined after deducting the website’s payment processing costs, including bank charges, card processor fees, or third-party payment platform fees.
• Commissions are also subject to deductions for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.
3.4. Commission Validity Period:
• The commission rate provided upon joining the Program is guaranteed for one (1) month.
• After this period, PassionFitFood Ltd. may adjust commission rates, structures, or Program rules at its discretion.

4. Payouts
4.1. Minimum Payout Threshold:
Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of £100 in approved commissions before a payout is issued.
4.2. Payout Schedule:
Once the minimum threshold of £100 is reached, payouts will be released 30 days after commissions become eligible, allowing for order verification and refund windows.
4.3. Payments are issued through methods supported by GoAffPro.
4.4. Fraudulent activity, self-referrals, manipulation of tracking, or breach of Program rules may result in withholding of commissions or termination.

5. Program Changes
5.1. All commission percentages, attribution limits, payout rules, and Program mechanics are subject to change at any time at the discretion of PassionFitFood Ltd.
5.2. The Program may be redesigned or restructured—including commission rates, attribution windows, or payout policies—whenever needed.

6. Affiliate Obligations
6.1. Affiliates must promote PassionFit Food ethically and consistently with our brand identity.
6.2. Affiliates may not:
• Make misleading or false claims
• Run unauthorised paid ads using PassionFit Food brand terms
• Spam potential customers
• Impersonate PassionFit Food staff
6.3. Non-compliance can result in immediate termination from the Program.

7. Termination
7.1. We may suspend or terminate any Affiliate account for violations of these Terms or unethical behaviour.
7.2. Upon termination, any unpaid or pending commissions that have not met payout criteria may be voided.

8. Limitation of Liability
PassionFitFood Ltd. is not responsible for:
• Technical issues affecting tracking or commission calculation
• Customer purchase frequency or behaviour
• Payout delays caused by third-party systems such as GoAffPro

9. Acceptance of Terms
By joining or participating in the PassionFit Food Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
